What hardware do I need?
Just a screen with a browser, like Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) displays already have. If there's no modern browser, a cheap device on the HDMI port is enough, such as an Amazon Fire TV Stick or a Raspberry Pi in kiosk mode.
What happens if the internet drops?
The player keeps a local copy of its playlist and media, so screens keep playing through outages. As soon as the connection is back, they resync automatically, and no one has to touch the screen.
How fast do changes show up on screen?
Screens hold a live connection to the dashboard, so published changes typically appear within seconds. Screens that were offline catch up the moment they reconnect.
How does the free month work?
After signing up you get all Standard features for 30 days — no credit card, no automatic renewal. During that time you can connect up to 2 screens. Afterwards you decide whether to pick a plan; nothing is ever charged without you choosing it.
Is our content private?
Yes. Every organization is isolated: your account, screens and playlists aren't visible to other customers, and roles scope access by region or group. Uploaded media is stored at random, unguessable addresses and isn't publicly discoverable.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime. Pricing is per screen, so you can scale up or down as your network changes, or cancel at the end of your billing period.
